Your room reservation will be confirmed at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass based on the dates you submit during registration. Room and tax will be billed to Avanos over the event dates, however a credit card will be required at check-in for any incidental charges not covered by Avanos including additional food and beverage, bar, shops, laundry, spa/golf, etc. If you use a debit card rather than a credit card, a hold will be placed on your available bank balance.

The group rate will be honored 3 days pre and post event based on availability ($279/night plus taxes and $25 nightly resort fee). Family members are not to stay at the hotel during the meeting dates, only before or after the meeting.
